Privacy Policy

We do not collect, store, or share your personal health information.Every calculation runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs — height, weight, age, cycle dates — never leave your device. The only exception is the optional AI Insight feature, described below, which sends only the computed result values to generate a plain-English explanation. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name, and we do not attach identifiers to your results.

Because all computation happens client-side with no server-side storage of user data, our architecture inherently avoids the regulatory framework for Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. You retain full control of your data at all times.

When you click the Get AI Insight button on a calculator result, the computed numeric values from that calculation are sent to generate a plain-English explanation, which is then returned to your browser. We do not store the values, the generated text, or any logs that could link them back to you. We do not send your name, email, IP address, or any other personal information with the request.

We use localStorage for two purposes only: to remember your unit preference (metric or imperial) so you do not have to reselect it on every page, and to cache AI Insight responses for 24 hours so repeated requests for the same result are faster. No third-party tracking cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site trackers. You can clear localStorage at any time from your browser settings.

We currently do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or tracking service. If we add analytics in a future Phase 2 release, we will update this policy and seek your consent before enabling it. We will never sell or share personal data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Since we do not collect or store any personal information, there is nothing to share. The only data transfer is the optional AI Insight request, which sends only computed numeric values (never your name, email, or IP address) and is not logged or stored server-side.

No retention: We do not maintain databases, logs, or backups of user inputs or calculation results. Your data exists only in your browser's memory during the session and in localStorage if you choose to save preferences (which you can clear at any time).

We do not set third-party tracking cookies. Our use of browser localStorage is limited to remembering your unit preference and caching AI responses for 24 hours, neither of which is accessible to third parties. If we introduce analytics or advertising in the future, we will deploy a Cookie Consent banner that allows you to opt out of non-essential cookies before any are set.
